Job Description

Our client is an innovative and data-driven marketing organizations, hiring an Associate Director of Business Solutions with experience in traditional media buying is needed (TV and audio heavy)

Position: Associate Director of Business Solutions

Location: NYC (Hybrid)

Start: December

Duration: 6 -7 months

Rate: $55-58/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client business goals into integrated media strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and activation teams to ensure strategic consistency.
• Oversee campaign reporting and analysis; present findings and recommendations to clients.
• Use attribution and analytics to inform media recommendations and optimize future campaigns.
• Lead quarterly planning and client presentations.
• Serve as a primary client contact, building trust and anticipating needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Solutions team and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coach and develop junior team members, provide feedback, and support career growth.

Who You Are

• Experienced in media planning and strategy (5–7 years).
• Strong leader with people management and client relationship skills.
• Clear and confident communicator and presenter.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in marketing principles, data and analytics, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Supportive of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
