Digital Marketing Transformation

Demand & Lead Generation

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, data-driven marketing organization. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to guide the team and demonstrate marketing's contribution to business objectives.

Budget & Financial Management

Market Intelligence & Analytics

Requirements for the Chief Marketing Officer - Chicago, IL

The successful candidate will be an accomplished marketing executive with a demonstrated history of success within the highly regulated and complex medical device industry. We are seeking a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and inspirational leadership.

Executive Experience

A minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Marketing, CMO) for a medical device, life sciences, or healthcare technology company.

Industry Expertise
