Marketing Associates Needed for Exciting Events - No Exp. Req. (Part-Time Weekends & More)

Join Our Team as a Fun, Outgoing Part-Time Marketing Associate!

ACRE Windows & Doors is looking for 2 energetic & reliable people to join our marketing team. You will represent our company at local weekend events such as fairs, festivals, & community events located in South Jersey! If you're an extrovert who loves talking to people and enjoys a flexible schedule, this is the perfect opportunity.

• Event Opportunities start within the next 2 weeks with paid training occurring just prior. Now's the best time to apply to secure your spot on the team!

We are looking for individuals that are available to work either:

• Every weekend every month (except major holidays - you'd be off)
• 2 to 3 weekends per month including both Saturday & Sunday. So you'll have a little more flexibility where you'll have off 1 or 2 weekends per month.

Location

We have many events scheduled all over North and Central Jersey. Here are just some locations:

• Red Bank
• Toms River
• Holmdel
• Edison
• Middletown
• Piscataway

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and break down our booth.
• Engage with event attendees, invite them to learn about our products, and ask about their window/door needs.
• Schedule free, no obligation in-home consultations and give them a 30% off coupon for doing so.
• Transport a small set of booth supplies (travel compensation provided).

Requirements

• Must meet availability requirements mentioned above.
• Own a reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to an hour from where you live to a community event on a weekend. Although most events will be within about 30 minutes of where you live and you'll be assigned the events closest to you.
• No experience needed—we provide paid training!

Schedule

• Average 12-18 hours per week.

Compensation

• Starts at $15.13 per hour plus an opportunity to earn daily bonuses at each event.
