We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns, particularly within Meta Ads Manager. This role will work across multiple brands simultaneously, developing performance-driven strategies that fuel growth and brand awareness.

This is a part-time position (~10 hours per week with potential to add more hours in the future)

Key Responsibilities Include

Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

Manage multiple brand accounts concurrently while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

Analyze campaign data, identify performance trends, and implement actionable optimizations.

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with broader marketing objectives.

A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and placements to improve ROAS and CPA.

Report on campaign performance and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.

Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously. We manage a family of brands requiring understanding of multiple business lines, their product specialties, target audiences, brand voices, etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Understanding of key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate).

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Bonus Qualifications (plus, but not required)

Experience with additional ad platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Snapchat Ads.

Familiarity with remarketing strategies, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.

Basic knowledge of landing page testing and funnel optimization.

Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Individual starting rate within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
