Key Responsibilities

  • Generate engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the unique identity of each brand.
  • Monitor and maintain social media accounts for each brand, ensuring consistent posting schedules and responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Foster a sense of community among followers, actively engage with customers, and build strong relationships to increase brand loyalty.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar for each brand, ensuring that content is relevant, timely, and consistent with brand messaging.
  • Work closely with photographers and graphic artists to create and curate visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor competitor activities on social media platforms to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for American Silversmiths.
  • Assist in managing social media advertising budgets to maximize the impact of paid campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for and understanding of the Equestrian, Farm, Ranch, and Western Lifestyle industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and photography is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving social media trends.
