Staff Product Marketing Manager

## Key Role Overview

This role leads product marketing for enterprise software, owning go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, and lifecycle optimization. The Staff Product Marketing Manager will translate complex product capabilities into clear narratives, align sales and product teams, and measure impact to drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption.

## Key Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy for enterprise software products, including positioning, launch, and lifecycle optimization.
• Shape product narratives that differentiate the company and resonate with enterprise buyers.
• Partner with sales, engagement, and product teams to ensure alignment from roadmap to revenue.
• Enable sales and customer-facing teams with training, content, and tools that drive conversions.
• Translate customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable strategy and messaging.
• Measure the impact of programs on awareness, pipeline, and product adoption.

## Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in product marketing within enterprise software or B2B Saa. S.
• Strategic mindset with a strong bias for hands-on execution.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Proven success collaborating across sales, product, and customer success to drive measurable outcomes.
• Data-informed approach to decision-making and optimization.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing complex enterprise or Saa. S platforms in a high-growth environment.
