Job Summary
The Marketing Strategy & Operations (StratOps) team is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations to support alignment across multiple streaming and direct-to-consumer (DTC) initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping overall marketing strategy, driving collaboration across business units, and improving performance reporting and operational processes.
The Senior Manager will partner with leadership to define priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent insights and storytelling across marketing functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator with expertise in marketing strategy, performance analysis, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing leadership to define and execute annual marketing strategy, aligning priorities across brands and channels for maximum business impact.
- Develop and refine marketing prioritization frameworks to optimize campaign tiering, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen cross-platform measurement by standardizing methodologies, establishing benchmarks, and improving transparency across reporting.
- Maintain and enhance key planning tools (e.g., Airtable, MMM) to support scenario modeling, forecasting, and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with channel owners to uncover insights, identify optimization opportunities, and inform strategic pivots.
- Conduct reporting audits to ensure consistency and clarity across leadership updates.
- Prepare and present recurring executive summaries that highlight performance insights, key learnings, and strategic alignment.
- Streamline campaign briefing and planning processes to improve collaboration and execution across marketing teams.
- Build scalable frameworks that enhance prioritization, measurement, and cross-functional reporting across marketing workstreams.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, media strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects and managing strategic planning initiatives.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in Airtable and familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and influence without authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in entertainment, streaming, or agency-side media strategy within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Background in marketing operations or strategic reporting for executive leadership.
- Understanding of workflows between creative, media, data, and strategy teams.
- Comfortable navigating shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
