Role Description
This is a full-time, remote or on-site position for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing and executing social media strategies across platforms to enhance the company's online presence. Responsibilities include content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring audience engagement, running paid social campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and reporting on social media effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency will also be required.
Customer Engagement and Community Building
Build and maintain a strong online community around the Biotech product line, fostering relationships with customers and influencers. Engage with customers through comments, messages, and live interactions to provide exceptional customer service and gather feedback. Organize and manage events, webinars, and live streams to promote Biotech Implants and ATP38 and engage with the community.
Email Marketing Media Management
Assist with Developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and sales conversions. Manage and build email lists, ensuring compliance with email regulations and best practices. Write compelling and engaging email content, including subject lines, body text, and calls to action for the BDR’s and the field sales staff. Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to target specific audiences. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing. Use Dynamics email marketing software to schedule and track campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Management, Content Scheduling, Audience Engagement, and Campaign Execution
- Experience with Social Media Performance Analysis, Metrics Tracking, and Reporting
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Paid Advertising, and strategic content planning
- Proficiency with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Organizational skills
- Basic Graphic Design and Content Creation skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is highly preferred
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a bonus
