Your Role

The Digital and Measurement team plays a crucial role in transforming marketing strategies into effective omnichannel solutions, focused on delivering measurable business outcomes. We pride ourselves on agility in the retail space, aiming for impactful results for our members and business partners. As the Email Marketing Operations Consultant, you will report to the Manager, Email Development. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement engaging email marketing journeys for a variety of initiatives. You will optimize the process of creating and launching email campaigns to enhance the member and prospect experience while meeting objectives related to call-center efficiency, digital self-service, and digital adoption. Furthermore, you'll be instrumental in developing tools, processes, and frameworks that promote best practices, driving the success of our email marketing efforts.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as marketing or business; a master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing operations.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and MobileConnect; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCE) certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in creating and executing email journeys with Marketing Cloud Connect and Sales Cloud; familiarity with Data Cloud is a plus.
  • Ability to write and utilize advanced, complex scripts and queries (AMPscript and SQL) for diverse use cases.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Experience with workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred.
