Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including trade shows, community outreach, product launches, and corporate gatherings to ensure seamless delivery and maximum impact.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels such as social media, email campaigns, print advertising, and digital advertising to boost brand awareness.
- Manage social media marketing efforts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness, optimize performance marketing efforts, and generate insightful reports.
- Design compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for promotional materials, digital ads, and event branding.
- Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform content marketing strategies and improve campaign targeting.
- Oversee advertising sales efforts by identifying potential partners or sponsors and negotiating mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Maintain website content using WordPress and basic HTML editing to ensure up-to-date information that aligns with current campaigns.
- Support product management teams by coordinating promotional activities that highlight new offerings in e-commerce platforms.
- Manage budgets for events and marketing campaigns to ensure cost-effective execution while meeting strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of advertising sales strategies across print media, digital platforms such as Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and other paid channels.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools for designing promotional content; familiarity with HTML is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities for creating compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with B2B (business-to-business) marketing practices and multichannel marketing approaches.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes related to event planning and marketing initiatives is desirable.
