Job Summary

Perform and train incoming students in work associated with Online Marketing and Social Media Marketing. Plan and execute a content

calendar outlining market targets and events. Organize social media marketing campaigns to assist in sales events. Assist in design of and

implementation of social media and online marketing campaign advertisement. Assist with inventory control as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with campus partners to develop, plan, and implement to achieve desired goals and outcomes.
  • Independently work on projects under the direction of the Manager. Complete all projects in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Manage communications with all staff and new students efficiently and consistently by responding to emails, phone calls, and in-person communications.
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, training, and supervision of all Team Leads and Orientation Volunteers.
  • Maintain accountability for Team Leads' job performance and engage in developmental conversations to improve performance.
  • Conduct oneself professionally with campus partners and program participants as a representative of the university.
