Who You Are

You love words that move people. Not words that fill space, not words that check a box, but words that make someone stop scrolling, lean in, and feel something real.

You are the person who rewrites a subject line four times because the first three were good but the fourth one is the one that lands. You track your open rates not because your manager asked you to, but because you genuinely want to know if your words connected. When they did not, you are already testing something new.

What you do not love: writing content that nobody reads. Working for a company that treats marketing like an afterthought. Being handed a brand voice guide that sounds like it was written by a committee. You have worked places where content was always the last priority and the first thing blamed when leads dried up. You are done with that.

You want creative ownership. You want to write for a brand that actually matters, where the words you put into the world are not selling widgets but reaching real people in real moments of their lives. You want a company that values ethics, treats its people well, and has a mission you can genuinely stand behind.

You also geek out on AI. You are excited about tools like Claude Code and other agentic AI, not threatened by them. You see AI as a creative partner that lets you produce more, move faster, and focus your energy on the editorial judgment and voice work that only a skilled human can do. You know what good content and good copy look like, so when AI produces a draft, you can take it from decent to remarkable.

If you are a versatile, high-output content writer who wants to own the voice of a brand doing meaningful work, keep reading.

About bVital

bVital is a brain regeneration center based in Park City, Utah, with a large and growing online presence and online programs. We specialize in helping people with Parkinson's improve function, reduce symptoms, and in some cases reverse decline. We help people with traumatic brain injuries and concussions reverse their symptoms and reclaim their lives. And we serve executives and high performers who want to protect their brain health long-term.

We are not a typical healthcare company. Our team is clinically grounded and heart-centered. We communicate complex health topics simply and clearly because our patients and their families deserve to actually understand what is happening and why. The work we do changes lives, and the content you create is how those people find us.

The Role

Content Creation and Management

  • Write and edit newsletters, blog posts, email sequences, ad copy, press releases, social media scripts, and web page content
  • Build and manage a content bank with a running pipeline of ideas sourced from your own research, team input, and industry trends
  • Batch content production to maintain consistent output across all channels
  • Brief creative assets into production when visuals are needed alongside copy

Email Marketing

  • Develop and maintain post opt-in email sequences and reactivation campaigns across the entire CRM
  • Build reactivation sequences that bring cold leads back into conversation with measurable results
  • Monitor deliverability, segmentation, open rates, and spam rates to keep email performance strong

Long-Form and Ecommerce

  • Edit and help shape a book manuscript alongside the author: organizing, refining, and tightening content
  • Write ecommerce product copy for new supplement launches
  • Create product pages that convert browsers into buyers

Publishing and Collaboration

  • Submit all sends and final content to the GHL team for publishing (you write and edit, they execute the send)
  • Meet regularly with leadership to align on priorities, review performance, and iterate
  • Participate in a review and approval process for all published content

Who You Are

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of content writing and development experience
  • Proven direct response copywriting skills with emails, ads, and CTAs that actually convert
  • Long-form writing ability: blogs, newsletters, and manuscript-level content
  • Email marketing knowledge: deliverability, segmentation, open rates, spam management
  • Brand voice development: you can learn a voice and maintain it across every channel and format
  • Proof of previous work: a campaign that performed, a newsletter you owned, or a blog you ran

Bonus Points

  • Experience writing for health, wellness, or medical brands
  • SEO writing experience
  • A portfolio or published work you can share

You Will Thrive Here If...

  • You are always finding new topics. You are not waiting for assignments. You are reading, researching, and pitching ideas constantly.
  • You love experimenting with copy styles, formats, and tones because that is how you get better.
  • You are an A/B testing nerd who gets excited when data confirms your instinct and equally curious when it does not.
  • You know what good content and good copy look like, so when you work with AI tools and AI agents, you can edit their output and make it remarkable. You see AI as a multiplier for your talent, not a replacement for it.

This Is Not For You If...

  • You cannot organize across multiple content streams at once. This role touches newsletters, email sequences, blog posts, ad copy, a book manuscript, and product pages. If you lose track easily, you will drown.
  • You need three days to write one email. We have a large volume of content and a backlog to catch up on.
  • You are precious about your words. Your work will go through review and editing. If you cannot take feedback without taking it personally, you will be frustrated here.
  • You have never written long-form content. If your experience is limited to social captions and short posts, this role requires a different muscle.

How You Will Be Measured

  • Email performance: open rates, click-through rates, spam/unsubscribe rates, and reactivation conversion rates
  • Content output and consistency: newsletter cadence, blog publishing frequency, and deadlines hit
  • Organic revenue from scheduled calls driven by content
  • Content pipeline health: ideas sourced, drafts in progress, pieces published

Compensation and Details

  • Pay: $60,000$80,000/year
  • Location: Remote (U.S. business hours)
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Reports to: Marketing Leadership

How to Apply

Send us

  • Your resume or LinkedIn profile
  • Proof of previous work: a campaign that performed, a newsletter you owned, or a blog you ran (we want results, not just writing samples)
  • Portfolio or writing samples if available

This is a remote position.
