Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and followers.
- Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools to produce high-quality graphics and videos aligned with branding guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Analyze web analytics and social listening data using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, e-commerce promotions, and content creation for websites and email marketing.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice before publication.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand reputation through effective relationship management.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research techniques.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of e-commerce integration is preferred.
- Strong graphic design skills combined with excellent proofreading abilities.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
