In this pivotal role, you will set and track performance targets jointly with dealers, maintaining a clear focus on project milestones and outcomes. By actively identifying and removing roadblocks, and escalating needs, when necessary, you ensure that progress continues unimpeded.

You will manage relationships, align use cases/journey and customer segments, and lead dealer onboarding to drive the success of personalized digital marketing initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact client satisfaction, campaign performance, and overall business growth by ensuring dealer needs are met, their marketing goals achieved, and the project operates efficiently from onboarding through campaign execution.

These discussions are designed to ensure transparency, maintain momentum, and address potential challenges before they arise, supporting the overall success of each initiative.
  • Use Case/Journey and Segment Alignment: Collaborate with dealers to align use cases/journeys and customer segments that maximize impact and relevance
  • Target Setting: Establish and track performance targets for the use cases, ensuring alignment with overall goals and milestones.
  • Sales Funnel Oversight: Engage with the dealer to review their sales funnel based on leads from the use cases, ensuring leads are managed and followed through to conversion.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, WhatsApp, SMS and search engines.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions to improve future results.
  • Reporting: Engage with OnPoint team to generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights, to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members such as designers, copywriters, internal technology leads, and analysts to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
  • Milestone Tracking: Collect and track status of all project milestones to provide transparency to dealer and internal teams (not started/in progress/completed).
  • Collect Dealer Feedback: Capture and incorporate feedback from the dealer, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Document and share lessons learned to contribute to ongoing process improvement and knowledge sharing.

What You Have (Core Skills)

  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of dealer/customer needs, with a commitment to delivering tailored solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Digital Marketing: Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, and data analytics.
  • Effective Communications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong dealer relationships is essential. Being a trusted advisor to the dealer, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and drive long-term success.
