Experience driving consistent operational cadence for team including effective 1v1s, forecast calls, team meetings, deal reviews, account reviews, QBRs, and executive briefings.
Ability to enable team & standardize processes to drive mastery (messaging, accounts, pipeline generation, qualification, and delivery of an accurate forecast).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
7+ years of B2B SaaS Leadership experience.
3+ years of experience selling to Enterprise sized organizations (5k+ users) and an understanding of how to navigate complex buying process.
Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
Strong sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation.
Demonstrated understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
Strong leadership, planning, execution, people-management and coaching skills.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to establish credibility and trust with customers and to build influential relationships with partners in the business.
Understand both business and people, including their drivers and success factors.
Understand and communicate the business value and/or ROI of installed and proposed products and solutions.
