Position Purpose: This role leads product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market initiatives to ensure offerings are competitive, clearly communicated, and effectively adopted in the marketplace. The position serves as a key liaison between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, aligning product development with market needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives. Develop and maintain ICHRA and Marketplace product positioning and messaging tailored to employers, brokers, and benefits consultants. Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and industry trend monitoring, including regulatory changes impacting group health insurance. Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Build and execute marketing campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and retention. Support Sales and Account Management teams through sales enablement activities, including training, tools, and collateral. Partner with Product, Underwriting, and Operations to align marketing with product development and compliance. Translate customer, broker, and field feedback into actionable insights to inform marketing and product strategies. Develop and oversee creation of marketing assets such as presentations, product guides, one‑pagers, FAQs, and case studies. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, webinars, and other educational content. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as product adoption, retention, and broker satisfaction. Use data and performance insights to optimize messaging, campaigns, and positioning throughout the product lifecycle. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years product marketing experience with a background in both Business to Business and Business to Business to Consumer marketing required.
  • 2+ years product marketing experience in group health insurance or related benefits industry required.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex insurance concepts required.

Nice-to-haves
