Schedule: Part Time, Hybrid/Remote Schedule with 12-15 hours per week required (with extra, optional-to-you hours possible)

[ABOUT THE ROLE]

The Brand Business Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing day-to-day business activities across all operational channels: e-commerce, wholesale, and retail.

This dynamic position is ideal for a self-starter who believes nothing is impossible, someone who thrives in flexible, oft-changing environments, and is eager to make an impact. The majority, but not all, of this work will be conducted in a remote format. Please note, only applicants residing within Cincinnati and the greater Cincinnati metro region will be considered.

[WHAT YOU'LL DO]

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships while representing the brand’s mission and values in all interactions.

Sales and Partnerships:

Drive business growth by fostering strategic partnerships, supporting sales efforts, and identifying opportunities for market expansion.

Marketing and Branding:

Align marketing strategies with company goals to strengthen brand visibility and resonate with target audiences.
Willingness to engage with branding opportunities on-site

Administrative Support:

Support essential business functions and coordinate initiatives to ensure smooth execution of the company’s vision and objectives.

Operational Excellence:

Streamline and enhance operational processes to ensure efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalability across all channels.

Tech Savvy

Willingness to learn and navigate tech-centric operations including e-commerce platforms, Google Drive suite, and various analysis platforms.

Research

Conducts research on market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to guide business decisions and improve marketing efforts.

Partner Support:

Provide hands-on and/or remote assistance at new and existing partners to ensure onboarding and partnership readiness, occasionally transporting or shipping products and equipment as needed.

Deep interest in brand development
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with attention to detail
Meticulous attention to record-keeping
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a wide-range of social situations
Curiosity and a willingness to embrace "the unknown" as a learning opportunity
Resilient, persistent, and solutions-oriented with a proactive mindset
Highly intuitive
Comfort adopting software for daily work tasks
Alignment with Chai For’s vision
Interest in food, tea, or CPG is a plus

$21/Hour

We have a three step hiring process. First, applicants will submit their required materials and we’ll review them. Second, applicants who progress will participate in a brief phone-screen interview. Third, applicants who progress will participate in an extended meeting with our hiring team.
