We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who understands the IMG journey and can build trust-driven growth within this community.

You will

• Develop marketing strategy targeting IMG communities
• Build brand authority across forums, social platforms, and networks
• Create content around unmatched → alternative career pathways
• Drive acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
• Partner with COO on enrollment growth

Required

• MD/MBBS required
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must have participated in NRMP Match or SOAP
• Experience in marketing, growth, or content strategy
• Strong understanding of IMG audience and challenges

This is a founding equity position.
