Location: Remote USA

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 DOE

Based in beautiful Los Angeles, we are one the largest multi-platform media networks working across America. We offer artists working in music, live streaming, television, and original/live content. Our platform has around 50 million subscribers across DirecTV, AT&T, Charter, Version, and quite a few others. We have been in business for 10 years, have around 250 employees, and are privately held. Due to growth, we are looking for a Director of Marketing who will drive overall growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives
Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, e-commerce, paid search marketing, email marketing, and social media
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high quality work and optimal team performance
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust and refine strategies as necessary
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Analytics, Taboola, and social media platforms
Experience working with agencies and vendors
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
