We are already live across major global cities and are now scaling aggressively in the U.S., starting with Miami.

We are hiring a General Manager, Marketing & Growth to own and scale the Miami market.

This is a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on role. You will be responsible for making the market work, from user growth and activation to local execution and performance.

What you'll do

• Own Miami’s growth and performance end-to-end
• Build and manage a network of ambassadors and key local stakeholders
• Drive user acquisition through partnerships, influencers, and local marketing initiatives
• Execute and iterate on growth strategies to increase check-ins, redemptions, and user engagement
• Lead local activations, events, and campaigns

What we're looking for

• 2–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, operations, or marketplace environments
• Strong execution skills, scrappy, with a bias for action
• Commercial mindset, focused on growth, revenue, and measurable outcomes
• Understanding of consumer behavior and social ecosystems
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environments
