Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand, industry trends, and competitors; analyze insights to refine campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints; oversee graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews; nurture relationships through proactive communication and community management.
  • Oversee public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing media contacts, and coordinating outreach efforts.
  • Implement SEO best practices including keyword research to optimize content for search engines; enhance visibility on e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate on branding initiatives that reinforce company identity; support digital marketing efforts including email campaigns and promotional events.
  • Conduct photography or video editing as needed for content creation; ensure all visual assets meet quality standards.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns continuously; familiarity with web analytics is a plus.
