What You’ll Do

As our Director of Marketing, you will be the heart of our outreach and the face of our community. Your mission is to connect with families, professionals, and partners to drive census while showcasing what makes our community special.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and outreach plans to achieve occupancy goals
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and referral partners
• Conduct tours that inspire confidence, comfort, and excitement
• Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism
• Plan engaging events, open houses, and community partnerships
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen brand presence and reputation
• Track leads, conversions, and trends using CRM tools
• Represent the community at networking and industry events

Who You Are

You are more than a marketer—you are a trusted advisor and storyteller.

• 2+ years of marketing/sales experience in assisted living, senior housing, or healthcare (preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting occupancy and sales goals
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Compassionate, mission-driven, and family-focused
• Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable with CRM systems
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends for events as needed
