Brand Ambassador, Marketing and Social Media Director Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Brand Ambassador, Marketing and Social Media Director , you handle all of the in’s and outs of marketing for Estetica as well as taking before and after photos of surgery patients.

  • Taking before & after photos
  • Posting on Instagram, facebook and TicTok stories
  • Responding to messages on these platforms
  • Taking photos/videos of OR patients that have consented to social media
  • Maintain Google Business & Yelp account
  • Update Google Business every week with recent specials or informational posts -Create graphics for social media & monthly specials
  • Collaborate with med-spa to record content and help promote their Instagram
  • Update Website accordingly
  • Come up with new reel ideas
  • Photo and Video editing
  • Coming up with new & fun ideas for the office & social media
  • Putting together a patient photoshoot twice a year
  • Ordering all business stationary as needed
  • Come up with Estetica specials ideas
  • Check Yelp messages every other day
  • Film educational videos
  • Put together monthly specials sheet
  • Print monthly specials sheet to place around the office
  • Create a newsletter to send out every month
  • Update Yelp portfolios with new before & after photos every couple of months
  • Use of Adobe Creative Cloud programs including Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Come up with Community Specials for the practice ex. Food Drive, Backpack Drive etc. -Some work with the Circuit, 1-2x a year
  • Holiday fun shirt design or “Swag” ideas for the staff

Essential Job Duties

  • Content creation for our social channels, including gifs, copy, video and graphic creation.
  • Social and content campaign development, promotion and management.
  • Manage editorial calendars and editorial process for assigned campaigns.
  • Provide direction and feedback to external content contributors including writers, graphic designers and videographers.
  • Publishing to channels, both earned and owned, as assigned.
  • Actively work with leadership to develop content that aligns with specific goals.
  • Execute campaigns according to business needs, while exceeding client expectations.
  • Active listening across the entire social web.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Minimum Requirements

  • Extreme proficiency in all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok. You must be familiar with how to use and admin a platform, as well as publish and promote.
  • Experience, with demonstrated success, in content development for social channels. This includes writing copy, creating graphics, editing videos, and producing other creative assets as needed.
  • Ability to build audiences and promote content. Must be familiar and experienced with Facebook Business Manager.
  • Adept at creating story arcs, and bringing the stories to life in multiple channels, and in different mediums.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older

Valid AZ ID

Strong written and verbal skills a MUST (bilingual Spanish is a plus)

Possess comprehensive Computer Skills
