Position: Marketing & Communications Director

Salary: $150,000 DOE

Overview

Executive Branch is looking for a full-time Marketing & Communications Director to lead all internal and external communications and marketing for the Club. This is an in-house position responsible for strategy, messaging, design oversight, and content creation across all platforms. The ideal candidate brings a luxury sensibility, deep marketing experience, and a strong understanding of high-touch communication for a discerning member base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Club’s communications and marketing strategy across all member touchpoints
• Write, design, and schedule all member communications, announcements, invitations, and digital campaigns
• Manage all CRM and email platform content (MailChimp, PeopleVine, etc.)
• Supervise or execute all graphic design needs (emails, event branding, printed materials, social content, etc.)
• Lead content planning for campaigns, newsletters, social media, and on-site visuals
• Coordinate photo shoots and manage digital asset libraries
• Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
• Collaborate with events, membership, and leadership teams to meet communication needs
• Respond quickly to high-priority or last-minute requests
• Support weekend or evening coverage as needed for major Club events

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or design — preferably in luxury hospitality or private clubs
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong visual design instincts; ability to oversee or create high-end creative content
• Proficiency with CRM and communication platforms (MailChimp, PeopleVine, or comparable)
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with a service-first mindset
• Willingness to be hands-on and flexible, including occasional evening/weekend availability
