Job Overview
A global asset management platform with over $40B in AUM is seeking an experienced SVP – Marketing to join its growing U.S. team in Los Angeles. This senior-level role will lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives supporting actively managed ETFs and mutual funds, with a strong focus on alternative strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring deep asset management marketing experience, strong knowledge of the U.S. intermediary and institutional channels, and the ability to operate effectively within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with U.S. distribution goals
- Partner with sales, investment, and global marketing teams on product positioning
- Create and oversee thought leadership, fund literature, digital campaigns, and event materials
- Adapt global content for U.S. market use while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage digital, social, and sales enablement distribution channels
- Utilize analytics to refine campaigns and measure marketing effectiveness
- Conduct competitive analysis and support distribution with strategic materials
- Manage marketing projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
- Oversee external agencies and vendors
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with U.S. regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 7+ years of asset management or financial services marketing experience
- Strong background in alternatives, ETFs, and/or mutual funds
- Demonstrated success executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements for financial marketing materials
- Experience leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance marketing efficiency
- Strong writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently
