Scope of the Role

Market Strategy & Commercial Impact

  • Design and lead a pan-European marketing roadmap aligned with business growth priorities.
  • Shape market positioning and narrative in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring relevance for hospitality decision-makers.
  • Convert corporate objectives into clear marketing initiatives, targets, and performance metrics.

Revenue Enablement & Product Positioning

  • Build and optimize lead generation programs across digital channels, targeted accounts, partnerships, events, and content.
  • Work closely with revenue and customer teams to improve funnel performance and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Develop product narratives and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate customer value and business outcomes.

Brand Development & Visibility

  • Establish a coherent and differentiated brand presence across European markets.
  • Drive external visibility through media relations, thought leadership, and executive communications.
  • Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and storytelling throughout the customer lifecycle.

Team & Operating Model

  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary marketing team, clarifying responsibilities and priorities.
  • Introduce scalable processes, reporting standards, and automation to support sustainable growth.
  • Promote a results-oriented, collaborative culture focused on experimentation and continuous improvement.

Success Metrics

  • Contribution of marketing to overall pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Improvement in conversion rates from lead to customer over time.
  • Optimization of customer acquisition costs through smarter channel mix and execution.
  • Increased brand recognition and visibility within target markets.
  • Higher engagement, adoption, and retention driven by lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Operational efficiency of the marketing function, including speed of execution and ROI measurement.

  • Scaling demand generation across multiple regions while maintaining relevance and quality.
  • Creating a unified brand experience in culturally diverse markets.
  • Balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day operational involvement.
  • Aligning marketing closely with sales, product, and customer-facing teams.
  • Establishing reliable performance measurement in a growing and evolving tech environment.
  • Standing out in competitive SaaS and hospitality landscapes through clear differentiation and customer-centric messaging.

Profile

Required Experience

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior marketing roles within B2B software or technology companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to support growth in fast-scaling or transformation contexts.
  • Strong command of demand generation, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Experience operating across multiple European markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on use of CRM and marketing automation platforms (including HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Professional fluency in English;

additional European languages are advantageous.
