We’re searching for a talented, data oriented, Director of Marketing to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. Together, we’re building cutting-edge software that leverages the power of AI to empower users and solve meaningful problems. We’re looking for a seasoned growth marketing leader who thrives on collaborating with creative, social, and product teams to build strategies and deliver growth for a SaaS product that unlocks the potential of AI. You’ll play a critical role in designing and delivering strategies, roadmaps, KPIs, and market research to execute our growth marketing vision, while working closely with experts in product, commercial, studio and C-Suite driving audience adoption and revenue growth. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our growth marketing strategies including social media, public relations, paid campaigns and external events priorities for the company
Manage our marketing team of content creators, designers and marketing operations professionals to help execute our growth marketing vision
Create data driven OKRs and track KPIs to drive audience adoption and revenue growth
Partner with Product and Business Development leadership to define and implement product marketing needs.

Interview Process:

At Flawless, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We’ll dive into past projects and simulate working together. Our interview process is four interview rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other:

Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our recruiting team (We want to discuss your background, interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you)
Initial Interview: 30 minute Zoom. This will be an interview focused on evaluating your background in greater detail, specifically your experience as a leader, dealing with ambiguity, and managing projects, deadlines and revenue growth
Team Interview: 60 Minute Zoom Interview where you will meet two of your potential future team members evaluating your experience in content delivery, and data driven decision making
Team Interview: 60 Minute Zoom with our CPO and/or Principal Product Manager discussing our Product suite, needs, and learning about your background in growth marketing and product marketing strategies
Final Interview: This will be an onsite interview with our CEO/Chairman discussing the company’s vision and your interest in joining the team

Your recruiter will be your main point of contact and prepare you for interviews. You’ll meet 6-7 people from across the business. (We make sure that you have time in each interview to ask them questions). If we don’t give an offer, we’ll provide feedback!
