Marketing - Social Media and Content Specialist

Fluid Motion, LLC is seeking a self-motivated social media content creator and marketing specialist to join their in-house marketing team. The role involves managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create scroll-stopping visual and video content tailored for each channel
• Engage with our online community by responding to messages, comments, and feedback
• Track analytics to evaluate performance and optimize future posts
• Plan, shoot, and edit short- and long-form videos for social media, web, and events
• Capture and edit product footage, lifestyle content, customer stories, and event highlights
• You will have access to a professional camera kit, including a mirrorless camera, gimbal, drone, mics, and more
• Work collaboratively on video concepts
• Assist with photo and video for new product models, factory updates, and trade shows
• Develop motion graphics, B-roll libraries, and short clips optimized for each platform
• Assist with email marketing, website content updates, and digital campaigns
• Support dealer marketing initiatives with branded photo and video assets
• Ensure all materials align with brand standards and creative direction

Skills

• A strong content portfolio and social media presence
• Experience creating compelling social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects
• Experience with filming and audio production
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and pacing
• Hands-on, creative, and self-driven
• Punctual and reliable with excellent time-management skills
• Strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about visual storytelling and continuous learning
• 2+ years in marketing, media production, or related creative field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area is a plus. (Social media experience, and strong online presence may substitute)
