Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and confirm patient appointments, optimizing the schedules of healthcare providers.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to patients, providing information about services and verifying their eligibility.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and scheduling information.
Skillfully navigate electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling systems.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of managing a high volume of calls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with EHR systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Sound understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.
Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or coordination is strongly preferred.
A reliable internet connection is essential for remote work, with preference given to candidates located in the Midwest or East Coast for patient outreach.
Flexibility to work within the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (PDT).
