Position Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is the senior marketing executive for HR MGMT 10, LLC, responsible for setting and executing the marketing vision across a portfolio of eight or more business verticals. The portfolio includes flagship brands such as Dialed Moods and Dialed Labs, along with additional cannabis, hemp, wellness, consumer packaged goods (CPG), lifestyle, experiential, and digital ventures.
This role owns company-wide brand strategy, growth marketing, and performance accountability. The CMO operates as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive brand equity, revenue growth, and long-term enterprise value while ensuring each brand maintains a distinct identity and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Marketing Leadership
- Define and execute the company-wide marketing vision across all brands under HR MGMT 10
- Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team and strategic partner to the CEO, COO, Sales, Product, and Operations
- Translate business objectives into integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue and brand growth
- Own final decision-making authority on brand direction, messaging, campaign prioritization, and major marketing investments
Multi-Vertical Brand Oversight
- Oversee marketing strategy and performance across eight or more business lines, including cannabis and hemp, wellness and functional products, CPG, retail, ecommerce, experiential events, digital platforms, influencer-driven brands, and lifestyle products
- Ensure each vertical has clear brand positioning, defined ideal customer profiles, and a strong go-to-market strategy
- Balance centralized marketing infrastructure with brand-specific execution to support speed, scale, and differentiation
- Establish benchmarks and success metrics tied directly to revenue, growth, and profitability
Team & Organizational Leadership
- Lead, develop, and mentor senior marketing leaders across brand, creative, growth, influencer, and community functions
- Build scalable organizational structures with clear ownership and accountability
- Set KPIs, performance standards, and operating rhythms that drive execution and results
Brand, Creative & Messaging Oversight
- Own brand architecture and consistency across all consumer touchpoints while preserving each brand’s unique voice
- Oversee creative direction, campaigns, content strategy, influencer partnerships, experiential activations, and paid media narratives
- Ensure all creative output meets premium, culture-forward standards while remaining performance-driven and market-responsive
Growth, Performance & Revenue Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure marketing directly supports commercial execution and revenue targets
- Oversee performance marketing, CRM and lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and conversion optimization across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale channels
- Own marketing analytics, reporting, and dashboards to enable data-informed decision-making and continuous optimization
Budget Ownership & Strategic Investment
- Own and manage marketing budgets across all brands and verticals
- Allocate resources based on ROI, growth stage, and strategic priority
- Evaluate and manage agency relationships, platforms, tools, and strategic partnerships to ensure efficiency and impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior or executive-level roles
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple brands, business units, or verticals simultaneously
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, growth marketing, and performance accountability
- Proven ability to lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of modern marketing channels, including digital, influencer, experiential, retail, and ecommerce
- Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and decision-making ability
Preferred Experience
- Experience in cannabis, hemp, wellness, CPG, lifestyle, or other regulated industries
- Experience scaling brands from mid-stage growth to national or multi-market presence
- Background in culture-driven, influencer-led, or community-based brand ecosystems
