The Opportunity

The Chief Marketing Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for building a modern, data-driven marketing function that supports system-wide growth, physician alignment, and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a system-wide marketing & brand strategy
• Drive patient acquisition, service line growth, and market share expansion
• Lead digital transformation across marketing
• Partner closely with executive and physician leadership to align growth initiatives
• Oversee branding, communications, PR, and community engagement
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team

Ideal Candidate

• Proven Chief Marketing Officer or senior marketing executive experience within hospital systems or multi-site healthcare organizations
• Track record of driving volume growth and brand differentiation
• Strong digital, consumer marketing, and physician engagement expertise
• Experience in high-growth, turnaround, or newly integrated environments preferred
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
