Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Strategy Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive the company's online growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies, leveraging a wide range of marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and optimize conversion rates.

In addition the position will oversee the graphic design team and assist content creators across our publications.

This role requires a deep understanding of WordPress, SEO, content creation, social media management, and data analytics to deliver measurable results across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance through Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers effectively.
  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis.
  • Expertise in content management systems such as WordPress along with content creation skills including copywriting and graphic design.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Facebook Business Manager and social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience with performance marketing techniques aimed at B2B or B2C audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
