The position requires a dynamic and experienced Regional Program Lead to oversee construction, development, and service support activities within the Atlantic/Mid-Atlantic region. This role involves managing a regional team, aligning with client counterparts to foster innovation, and driving program success. Key responsibilities include program oversight, construction and development management, service support coordination, strategic alignment with client counterparts, innovation, continuous improvement, team leadership and development, reporting and communication, budget and resource management, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
