The Director of Performance Marketing will lead and execute high-impact paid media campaigns across B2B SaaS, PLG, and e-commerce channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive trial acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. You will manage cross-channel budgets, optimize campaigns for ROI, and implement advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to improve performance. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams, you will guide a high-performing team while shaping scalable media strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leverages data to make decisions, and is passionate about growth, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to drive B2B trial growth and B2C e-commerce acquisition.
  • Manage six-figure cross-channel budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Oversee media planning, audience targeting, channel selection, and performance forecasting.
  • Implement machine learning and predictive modeling to optimize bidding, LTV, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing high-volume paid media campaigns across B2B SaaS, PLG, and e-commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and third-party bidding tools.
  • Expertise in budget management, campaign optimization, predictive modeling, and real-time bidding algorithms.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to inspire and guide teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on experimentation, continuous learning, and process improvement.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic media plans that align with business objectives.
