Accountabilities

• Lead and mentor the marketing strategy team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop clear, differentiated messaging frameworks for the Health Plan and Health System market.
• Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to create compelling value propositions.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with Corporate Communications to integrate narratives with corporate branding.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or product marketing in healthcare or B2B.
• Exceptional storytelling ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record in developing persuasive pitch decks and sales narratives.
• Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing teams.
• Ability to align messaging with product realities and market needs.
• High standards for quality in written and visual content.
