We're a fast-growing college startup serving general contractors and construction companies across Utah. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Operations Assistant to help us build our brand, engage our clients, and keep things running smoothly. This is a real marketing role, not busywork. You'll own projects from idea to execution across video, design, events, and more.

What you'll do Video marketing — script, film, direct, and plan marketing videos end-to-end

Graphic design — create static ads and social media content using Canva

Marketing strategy — contribute to planning and execution of our overall marketing efforts

Client events — plan, organize, schedule, and run events for our clients

Gift & appreciation programs — manage client gifting and relationship touchpoints

General operations support — stay organized across multiple projects and help keep the team on track

What we're looking for Comfortable in front of and behind a camera — you know what good video looks like

Proficient with Canva or a similar design tool

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Self-starter who can manage their own workload without a lot of hand-holding

Compensation: Hourly pay, commensurate with experience. Flexible schedule — ideal for a student or someone looking for meaningful part-time work at a growing company.
