Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager for a direct hire opportunity to join a trusted leader in high-quality health products and services, there mission to promote wellbeing and improve access to care, in Austin, TX.

Requirements:

Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including websites, retail stores, email, mobile, and more.
Analyze market trends, drivers, and competition to guide decision-making.
Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
Create comprehensive performance reports and evaluate marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement impactful marketing programs.
Manage the team’s operational aspects, including budget, performance, and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
3 years of professional experience, preferably in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industries.
2 years’ experience with community-based marketing/advertising
Proficiency in multichannel marketing and campaign development.
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings.
Competitive Salary: $96,000-121,000k per year
