At L&L Candle Company, we bring warmth and elegance to homes through our innovative flameless candles. We're looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator with a passion for influencer marketing and social media to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Support

Schedule and manage posts across our social media platforms
Create engaging and on-brand captions for social media posts
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for social media platforms
Answer social media messages and posts as needed

Influencer Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer campaigns
Support the Marketing Director in growing the influencer program and managing sponsored campaigns
Track influencer performance and campaign results, providing regular reports

Additional Support

Assist with product information and digital asset management to support the eCommerce business
Serve as a Production Assistant for local productions, including being on set, preparing, loading, and organizing products and props
Support various marketing initiatives and day-to-day tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience managing social media accounts or influencer campaigns
Experience with social media tools such as Sprout Social, Later, AspireIQ, Grin
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices
Excellent written communication skills with a knack for creating compelling captions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Comfortable with content creation or willing to learn
