A growing, employee-owned technology and digital marketing organization is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join its digital marketing team. This is a full-cycle sales role, engaging prospects from initial outreach through close, then transitioning accounts to an account management team for ongoing support.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to grow their career in digital marketing sales while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
About the Role
The digital marketing team helps small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. improve their online presence and attract more customers through services such as website design, SEO, and social media management.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging directly with business owners. You’ll uncover challenges, educate prospects on digital marketing solutions, and guide them toward services that align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage small business owners nationwide through outbound outreach
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and digital marketing challenges
- Identify target accounts and build strong prospect relationships
- Present and sell digital marketing solutions aligned with client goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through close
- Accurately document activity and progress in CRM tools
- Collaborate with account management teams for smooth client handoff

Qualifications
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented sales professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to build a long-term career in sales and digital marketing
- Interest in helping small businesses grow and succeed
- 6+ months of outbound sales experience
- Ability to work onsite in Garner, NC
- Comfortable working a full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
