Job Description

This role will be based in New York, NY, Chicago, Bellevue, San Francisco, Sunnyvale depending on where the candidate selected is currently residing.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

This role within Technology & Product Operations (TPO) will lead global Sales Technology initiatives for LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions (LMS) business. The role is accountable for the product strategy, governance, and scale of both third-party and first-party sales technologies, operating as a product owner for core sales capabilities. In this capacity, the role will drive the modernization and standardization of critical sales workflows, ensuring scalable, consistent, and data-driven execution across the business.

You will work in close partnership with Engineering and Technical Program Management (TPM) through agile delivery models to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Acting as a strategic liaison across GTM Technology initiatives, you will align stakeholders, prioritize work, and drive end-to-end execution, ensuring solutions are delivered iteratively, predictably, and at enterprise scale.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future for LinkedIn’s growing advertising business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams—spanning customers, business stakeholders, Engineering, and TPM—to execute complex programs and major product releases using agile methodologies.
  • Own and evolve a clear product vision and strategy, translating business needs into prioritized roadmaps and presenting recommendations, tradeoffs, and progress to senior leadership.
  • Define product capabilities and features, manage backlogs, and partner with Engineering to drive iterative delivery from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Apply deep knowledge of B2B sales systems and platforms to inform product decisions, including workflow design, APIs, system performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Partner with Engineering on technology selection and architectural decisions, ensuring alignment on technical strategy, delivery sequencing, and future extensibility.
  • Anticipate and address technical complexity that may limit performance, scalability, or innovation, and evaluate emerging technologies to inform product evolution.
  • Balance business priorities with technical constraints, making data-driven tradeoffs across the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through delivery, rollout, and optimization.
  • Develop clear business and system requirements, incorporate user and stakeholder feedback, and build alignment to enable predictable, high-quality delivery.
  • Build business cases and success metrics, quantify impact, and drive initiatives that reduce system complexity, improve data integrity, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain delivery artifacts and operating rhythms (e.g., backlogs, roadmaps, initiative trackers, and communications) and partner with change-management teams to drive successful adoption.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years work experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management
  • 3+ years work experience B2B Sales and/or Sales Operations
  • 1+ year experience working in Salesforce, Anaplan, or another sales technology platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certification(s)
  • MS degree in a technology-related field
  • Experience building enterprise platforms (e.g. Anaplan, Salesforce, Dynamics, WalkMe, compensation tooling) particularly in the Go-To-Market space for global companies that have scaled teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
