We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility for MJH Life Sciences. You'll work across platforms and channels, using data to continuously sharpen targeting and performance — and collaborating with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure every campaign is on-strategy and built to deliver results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic DSPs, and other digital channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting — surfacing insights and recommendations that improve engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Use data and analytics to continuously refine targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies, maximizing the effectiveness of every campaign dollar
  • Manage advertising budgets across assigned brands with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and meeting campaign goals
  • Create and manage digital content and assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and relevance to healthcare professional audiences
  • Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align campaign strategy, ensure consistent messaging, and support cross-functional objectives
  • Assist in developing marketing reports and presentations that communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

What Sets You Apart

  • At least 1 year of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic DSPs
  • Analytically driven with strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate data into clear insights and present results with confidence
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related platforms
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes and looks for ways to continuously improve performance
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, CMS tools, or marketing automation a plus
  • Experience managing a direct report is a bonus, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Compensation Range

$55,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
