Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Mr. Short Sale is a fast-growing real estate investment and short sale company serving homeowners throughout New York. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive professional to help manage marketing, social media, and daily operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create and schedule content (video clips, posts, email marketing)
• Coordinate marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, digital ads)
• CRM management and lead follow-up tracking
• Light executive assistant support (calendar, vendors, coordination)
• Manage marketing vendors and freelancers
• Help streamline internal systems and processes

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years experience in marketing, social media, or admin operations
• Strong Canva / CapCut / basic video editing skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Podio, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Interest in real estate is a plus
