Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Event Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing high-profile corporate events for our clients. This is a leadership role that requires exceptional organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver outstanding event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of event production, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring flawless delivery of corporate events.
  • Work closely with the design team to create renderings, proofs, and final design files.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, develop event strategies, and create innovative concepts that align with their brand and vision.
  • Manage event budgets throughout the planning and production process.
  • Source and manage event venues, caterers, audio-visual equipment, transportation, and other vendors, as-needed ensuring high-quality services within budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement event production schedules, including timelines, task assignments, and milestones, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments to ensure the safety, security, and compliance of event venues and logistics.
  • Coordinate and oversee event logistics, including registration, guest management, travel arrangements, and onsite operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and upper management, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the event planning process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to event production.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Event Producer or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and MUCH team members.
  • Proficient in event management software and tools for budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, maintaining composure and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event demands.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
