The Ads Marketing team at Netflix focuses on developing a compelling advertising solution that helps our clients—marketers and agencies—connect with diverse and engaged audiences. We define our advertising positioning and execute a go-to-market strategy that effectively conveys our unique value to key marketing partners.

The Global Ads Marketing Operations Director plays a crucial role in improving operational efficiency and fostering collaboration across our team. In this position, you will lead initiatives such as global budget management, organizational goal-setting, and refining our onboarding and internal communication processes, ultimately driving excellence and cohesion within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Team Planning & Operational Excellence: Establish and manage the team's operational framework—including office hours, win-sharing, and team offsites. Lead goal-setting initiatives such as OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
  • Annual / Quarterly Planning & Global Budget Management: Collaborate with the Finance team to streamline annual and quarterly planning while supporting budget management to track expenses and optimize resource allocation.
  • Strengthen Internal Communication & Ways of Working: Enhance team engagement through effective communication initiatives, develop strong cross-functional relationships, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Enable High-Impact Team Initiatives: Organize team offsites and office hours to promote a connected and high-performing environment while maintaining transparency in reporting and progress on key initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategic Program Management, or Marketing Strategy/Operations (B2B experience preferred).
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives on a global scale.
  • Expertise in designing onboarding processes and project planning frameworks.
  • A solid background in budget management and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excelling in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Airtable and Google Sheets.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt amidst change.
  • A passion for fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary between $220,000.00 and $352,000.00, along with an innovative structure that allows you to choose between salary and stock options.

Full-time hourly employees will accrue 35 days of paid time off, and salaried employees receive flexible time off immediately.
