The Associate Director of Marketing Analytics will lead business insights for the commercial organization as it relates to the Overactive Bladder therapeutic area.
This role will operate with diverse data sources, vendors, stakeholders, in a rapidly changing business environment.
Key responsibilities include
- Developing integrated insights from data/information to shape commercial strategy and decisions
- Partnering with key stakeholders to create and execute annual market research and analytics plans
- Conducting advanced analytics for brand teams to inform brand planning, promotional resource allocation, and marketing strategies
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical data sources, patient and HCP market research, and omnichannel data and media promotion measurement.
They will also be able to understand the commercial environment and business needs and translate to workable solutions.
