Senior Manager, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

We’re partnering with a leading cosmetics company based in Montclair, NJ, to find a talented Senior Manager, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing. This hybrid role offers flexible working arrangements, primarily from home, and runs for an estimated duration of five to nine weeks. Ideal for an experienced marketing professional, this position provides an exciting opportunity to lead innovative influencer and affiliate initiatives within a renowned beauty or CPG organization.

Senior Manager, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee comprehensive influencer and affiliate strategies, implementing best practices across various channels such as organic seeding, paid partnerships, creator affiliates, and collaborations.
• Launch and expand the company's presence on new sales channels like TikTok Shop, establishing it as a strong revenue driver.
• Manage and optimize paid influencer programs to meet key performance indicators focused on sustainable growth and measurable impact.
• Lead partnership advertising efforts in partnership with the growth team, emphasizing content whitelisting to enhance creative success.
• Build scalable, automated sourcing processes to identify, engage, and nurture top-tier creators while managing relationships with agency partners and external vendors.

Senior Manager, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate program management.
• Deep familiarity with the creator economy and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Extensive experience with affiliate platforms including ShopMy, LTK, Tribe Dynamica, or similar.
• Proven success in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing with measurable results.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple complex programs, and experience working with influencer agencies like Super Bloom.
