Marketing & Event Sr. Specialist

As our Marketing & Event Senior Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of innovative marketing strategies and dynamic events across New York, including Long Island, the Bronx, and Brooklyn. In this role, reporting directly to the Area Marketing Directors, you will work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless event experiences that empower communities and drive progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing – Assist Area Marketing Directors with creative requests, collateral review, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Marketing – Recommend offers, tactics, and campaigns tailored to specific event types in collaboration with regional teams.
- Marketing – Manage and distribute the monthly newsletter to support regional initiatives.
- Marketing – Handle administrative tasks including shipping, decks, and day-to-day marketing operations.
- Event Coordination – Plan and execute a variety of events (community, corporate, sponsorship, retail) aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Event Coordination – Partner with sales teams, vendors, and internal groups to manage logistics, develop timelines, and secure resources.
- Event Coordination – Maintain event documentation such as budgets, contracts, recaps, and reports; conduct post-event evaluations.
- Event Coordination – Manage promotional inventory and a comprehensive event calendar aligned with regional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media management).
- Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to travel within the NY region and attend occasional evening or weekend events.
