Paradise Grills, America’s LARGEST Outdoor Kitchen Manufacturer and Retailer, is looking for an outgoing, high-energy and results-driven Marketing Director to join our rapidly growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for each of our showrooms
Organic search engine optimization
Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
Research target audience and discover current trends
Create engaging text, video, and image content
Monitor web traffic and build strategies to increase traffic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5-10 years of relevant experience
Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Self starter with the drive to take a task and run with it
