Digital Marketing Manager (Hands-On Creative + Strategy) | In-Office | $130K–$170K
PhaxisWe are partnering with a leading, well-established organization in the insurance space to hire a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact, fully in-office role for a hands-on leader who can both execute creative work and drive digital marketing strategy.
This is not a purely strategic position—we're looking for someone who is equally comfortable creating, designing, and producing content as they are leading projects and mentoring a team.
Compensation
- $130,000 - $170,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Full-time, permanent role
- In-office (no remote/hybrid)
What You'll Do
Creative Production & Execution (Hands-On)
- Design and produce high-quality digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Create video, graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral for multiple channels
- Bring concepts to life—from idea through final execution
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage and optimize website and CMS platforms (Sitecore or similar)
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (Pardot or similar)
- Ensure brand consistency and strong user experience across all digital touchpoints
Leadership & Project Management
- Lead and mentor a small creative/marketing team
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Partner with internal teams to develop and deliver impactful marketing assets
Analytics & Performance
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce and marketing analytics tools
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns and creative assets
What We're Looking For (Must-Have)
- 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative, or related roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Portfolio required
- Strong experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Pardot or similar)
- Salesforce experience for campaign tracking and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end (concept → execution → delivery)
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
