We engage discerning families and art lovers through high-end community events, vendor markets, nonprofit auctions, and plated dinner galas.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, personable Event Marketing & Sales Coordinator to represent Photovation Elite at vendor events, auctions, plated dinner galas (from $150 per plate and up), and community showcases. This role combines event marketing, outreach, and light sales—perfect for someone confident in face-to-face interactions and passionate about connecting families with their next treasured portrait.

Key Responsibilities

· Research & Outreach

1. Identify vendor markets, charity auctions, plated dinner galas, and family-focused events that align with our clientele

2. Secure booth spots, sponsorship positions, or donation placements through effective communication with event organizers

3. Maintain an organized calendar of opportunities

· Event Preparation & Attendance

4. Pack, transport, and set up all event materials (tent, artwork, signage, brochures, etc.)

5. Represent the Photovation Elite brand with a polished, professional appearance

6. Track event metrics including foot traffic, leads generated, and engagement levels

· Lead Generation & Client Engagement

7. Engage attendees in a warm, confident manner

8. Qualify prospects using provided criteria (family size, timeline, interest level)

9. Collect contact information and schedule planning calls for the studio team

10. Follow event lead-capture protocols (sign-in sheets, digital forms, follow-up reminders)

· Post-Event Follow-Up

11. Input lead data into CRM or lead tracker

12. Flag high-priority prospects for immediate studio contact

13. Provide concise event recaps with recommendations for future participation

Qualifications

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for face-to-face interaction

· Self-starter comfortable working independently in the field

· Prior experience in marketing, events, or sales is an advantage

· Reliable transportation across Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas

· Ability to lift and maneuver event gear (up to 30 lbs) and set up a booth

· Familiarity with portrait photography, art, or family-focused brands is a plus
